If I only need help with installation, would you get involved?

Yes! Many of our clients have production partners but lack the national reach we offer when it comes to installation. In these cases we are happy to co-ordinate with your production to distribute to our teams and project manage your installation.

Can you also assist with design and production?

Yes! SpaceFit offers a full graphic design, production and project  management service and can assist you to take your project from the initial concept to final installation.

I need new concepts for trade marketing – I’m tired of the same old stuff. What can you offer?

We’re all for recycling when it comes to the environment, but recycled ideas are lazy and don’t work! Our in-house team thrives on the opportunity to use global influences and new ideas to develop new concepts. These need to be fresh and relevant, and must be more than a design, but must work within their intended retail space. This is our focus.

What information do you need to develop a quotation for me?

Lets start with what you have – the initial design or idea and a sense of the scale of the project is great for starters. As we move ahead we will ensure that you know at each step what we need and what you can expect from us, and all costs will be agreed to up front before any work is undertaken, so no nasty surprises!

I only need something small – do you work with smaller projects?

Yes! Some of our best clients are also our smallest, and doing work within single stores or for small events often challenges us in ways that a national rollout doesn’t… bring it on!

I have a big project that needs to go live in multiple cities on the same day – can you handle it?

We have teams in the 5 biggest cities across South Africa with capacity to reach outlying areas from Richards Bay to Thohoyandou and Atlantis to Upington. Our current record is 68 stores installed in 24 hours, and we are hungry for the next challenge!

I’m planning a big campaign for the first time – what can I do to make it stand out?

Great retail campaigns combine many elements that come together to create a lasting impression on consumers and succeed in driving buyer behaviour and sell-thru for the campaign. Strong window displays need to be bold and easily understood. Rather than a few small posters in a big window, we work with clients to select ways to own the window space and communicate an uncluttered message. Window campaigns then need to be supported with in-store marketing elements which can be more  detailed to hold customers’ interest. Effective print campaigns should also link seamlessly to digital and social media platforms, drawing consumers in with competitions, giveaways or other incentives.
